**Shop Manager**
The Shop Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service center, focusing on team leadership, workflow coordination, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. This position plays a vital role in enhancing business performance metrics, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to successfully complete a background investigation. Candidates must also demonstrate physical endurance suitable for an automotive setting and be prepared to work a 50-hour workweek.
