Job description
Job Summary
The SCADA Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA systems to ensure operational efficiency and enhance monitoring of industrial processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop solutions that improve automation and data acquisition, critical to achieving operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement SCADA systems to monitor and control industrial processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing SCADA systems to ensure their reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA with other control systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SCADA design, installation, and maintenance.
- Analyze system data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SCADA systems and industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages relevant to SCADA applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
