Job Title: Patient Appointment Coordinator
Responsibilities include organizing and arranging patient appointments along with accurate documentation of medical and insurance data. Oversee provider portals to confirm eligibility and maintain effective communication with patients about procedures and associated costs. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this role. Familiarity with medical terminology and prior experience in customer service are strongly recommended.
