**Area Director**
The Area Director is responsible for managing several after-school childcare initiatives, guaranteeing effective daily operations and maintaining exceptional care standards. This role includes providing coaching to Site Directors, organizing staff schedules, and establishing robust relationships with school administrators. Applicants are required to possess an associate degree along with 2-3 years of supervisory experience within childcare, youth development, or K-12 education. This position necessitates the capability to oversee operational needs across various sites and successfully complete a thorough background check.
