**Multi-Site Director**
The Multi-Site Director is responsible for the management of several after-school childcare programs, providing guidance to Site Directors and ensuring that all daily operations function efficiently. Key responsibilities include upholding the quality of the programs, overseeing staff scheduling, and fostering robust relationships with school administrators. Applicants should possess an associate degree and have 2-3 years of leadership experience in childcare, youth development, or the K-12 education sector. This position necessitates the capability to manage teams across different sites while also ensuring adherence to state licensing regulations.
