The Multi-Site Director is responsible for managing the daily operations of several after-school childcare programs, ensuring they provide top-notch care while adhering to regulatory standards. This role involves mentoring Site Directors, overseeing staff scheduling, and fostering robust relationships with school administrators. Ideal candidates will have an associate degree and 2-3 years of leadership experience in childcare, youth development, or K-12 education. The position demands excellent organizational skills and the capability to maintain operational oversight across various sites.
