Job description
The Site Director oversees compliance with regulations, ensures appropriate staff-to-child ratios, and coordinates stimulating daily activities for children. This role also involves acting as the key point of contact among families, the school administration, and the central office. Applicants should have a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas like Early Childhood Education or Child Development. Furthermore, candidates must successfully complete a background screening and have the physical capability to carry out job responsibilities, including lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
