**Job Title: Scientific Director**
The Scientific Director acts as the primary scientific authority for client teams, guaranteeing that all materials are grounded in evidence, medically reliable, and in alignment with strategic goals. This role also involves overseeing and guiding medical writers, collaborating closely with account directors to convert client aims into impactful communication strategies. Applicants must possess an advanced degree in life sciences, including MD, PhD, or PharmD. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a medical communications agency is essential, along with excellent strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
