Job Summary
The Scrum Master is essential in promoting Agile practices by leading ceremonies and guiding teams towards the successful completion of delivery roadmaps. This role includes the critical task of eliminating obstacles, overseeing dependencies, and assisting the Product Owner with backlog prioritization to enhance productivity and efficiency within the development process.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking.
- Coach teams in Agile methodologies to improve their understanding and implementation.
- Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder team performance.
- Manage dependencies between teams and projects to streamline delivery.
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and managing the product backlog effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in environments utilizing Agile software development.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional facilitation skills to guide team interactions and ceremonies.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities to engage with different teams and individuals.
