The recruiter will oversee large-scale seasonal recruitment, which includes evaluating applicants, organizing interview sessions, and keeping precise hiring documentation. Collaboration with HR and production management is essential to fulfill staffing requirements, as is the clear communication of job responsibilities to potential candidates. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and be adept at handling a high volume of phone interactions. Experience in HR, recruitment, or customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory, and availability to work 40-50 hours per week is a crucial requirement.
