**Job Title: Operations Manager**
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in delivering effective and safe assembly operations through proactive leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing production planning, enhancing processes in line with Lean methodologies, and managing resources to achieve objectives related to safety, quality, and timely delivery. Ideal candidates will possess 5 to 10 years of increasing leadership experience within a Lean manufacturing context. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a similar discipline is highly preferred, complemented by exemplary capabilities in team development and resolving operational challenges.
