**Job Title: ACT Community Support Specialist**
The ACT Community Support Specialist plays a crucial role in skill development, client engagement, and care coordination within a multidisciplinary team framework. This position involves helping clients obtain access to clinical, medical, and social services, as well as providing support in the community and effective crisis intervention. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or associate degree in health or behavioral health, or have comparable experience in the field. Furthermore, candidates must have a background in working with individuals recovering from mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
