**Job Title: Supervisor**
The Supervisor will oversee a team of 20 to 50 employees, directing their assignments to various presses and collaborating with maintenance and tooling departments. The role also entails active involvement in continuous improvement projects, upholding quality standards, and enhancing workstation configurations. Applicants should possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential, and experience in injection molding is an advantage.
