Job description
The role of Security Supervisor involves managing a team of skilled hotel security personnel and ensuring the overall safety of the hotel’s environment. This position requires strong communication with hotel management and includes various administrative responsibilities such as incident documentation and time management. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in public safety or private security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. A valid Texas Security Officer license is mandatory, and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
