Job description
The Senior Accountant will oversee daily accounting operations, which encompass the upkeep of the general ledger, performing reconciliations, and managing both accounts payable and receivable. This role also includes responsibilities for month-end closing processes, the preparation of financial statements, as well as the oversight of inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) accounting. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience. Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel is essential, in addition to familiarity with month-end closing procedures and inventory accounting.
