Job description
Lead a group of 15-20 engineers and technical leaders to shape the technical direction, manage execution, and promote career development. Formulate the technical strategy for video AI applications while cultivating a diverse and innovative team environment. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, along with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is mandatory, with a preference for advanced degrees and substantial knowledge in LLMs and retrieval architecture.
