Job description
The individual in this role will act as the main technical authority for Microsoft Copilot Premium, overseeing operational challenges and maintaining platform functionality. They will collaborate with various teams to implement governance strategies, enhance performance, and facilitate organization-wide adoption. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, along with practical experience using Copilot Premium or comparable AI solutions. Essential qualifications include strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of security and governance protocols, and familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
