Responsibilities
- Oversee incident response to ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Drive initiatives aimed at automating processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bolster system resilience.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in supporting enterprise applications within complex production environments.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Proficient in cloud technologies and distributed systems.
