Job Summary
Martin Marietta is in search of a Senior Asphalt Plant Operator – Safety & Production Leader located in Berkeley, California. This position entails the safe and efficient production of both Hot Mix and Warm Mix Asphalt. The operator will manage automated plant systems while emphasizing adherence to our Guardian Angel safety culture and ensuring optimal production uptime.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production processes of Hot Mix and Warm Mix Asphalt.
- Manage and control automated plant operations for efficiency and safety.
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture in line with Guardian Angel principles.
- Ensure high levels of production uptime to meet operational goals.
