As a Prosthetist/Orthotist, your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, developing and executing treatment strategies, as well as the tailored design, production, and fitting of prosthetic and orthotic devices. You will also work in conjunction with the rehabilitation team and physicians to guarantee optimal patient results and maintain efficient practice operations. Applicants must possess current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics or be eligible for board certification, along with a bachelor’s degree. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and the capability to fulfill physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, are necessary.
