Job Summary
The Senior Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for spearheading the design, execution, and oversight of a secure cloud infrastructure within an enterprise context, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. This role requires collaboration with various teams to address vulnerabilities, facilitate incident response processes, and uphold compliance with established security standards across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Monitor and maintain the security posture of the enterprise cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage security vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate incident response activities to mitigate risks and address security threats.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise-wide security compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise cloud technologies.
- A minimum of 5 years specifically in cloud security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Azure engineering and security practices.
- Certifications required: Azure Security Engineer Associate, CompTIA Security+, and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
