Job Summary
The Senior Lead Test Engineer plays a crucial role in managing test operations throughout the MQ-9 program. The engineer is tasked with overseeing test plans, keeping track of budgets, and offering technical support to less experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee test activities within the MQ-9 program.
- Collaborate with government and industry stakeholders to formulate integrated test approaches.
- Review and assess test plans to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Monitor project budgets to maintain financial accountability.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers and staff.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 to 20 years of relevant professional experience, contingent on educational credentials.
- Extensive experience in support roles for the Department of Defense.
- Required possession of a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
