The Paralegal will oversee commercial real estate transactions from the stages of due diligence to closing and post-closing. This role is crucial in ensuring all legal requirements are met and providing support throughout the transaction process.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate transactions, guiding them from due diligence to closing and post-closing phases.
- Review title commitments and surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare essential closing documents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and opposing counsel to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of recent, continuous experience as a commercial real estate paralegal at a law firm.
- Proficient hands-on experience with title, surveys, and commercial closings.
- Specific experience within the New Jersey market is required.
