Job description
**Senior Counsel**
The Senior Counsel is responsible for delivering strategic legal guidance on matters related to environmental, health, and safety regulations, which includes overseeing enforcement actions and litigation. Additionally, this role involves advising management on emerging regulatory issues and collaborating with external legal counsel to guarantee compliance throughout the organization. Applicants should possess a Juris Doctorate and have a minimum of eight years of pertinent legal experience, particularly in environmental law. Expertise in federal and state statutes such as CERCLA, RCRA, CAA, and CWA is essential, as is an active license to practice law in the state.
