Job description
The Senior Counsel will take charge of high-stakes Lemon Law and consumer litigation cases, overseeing everything from strategic planning to trial readiness. Additionally, this role involves fostering relationships with clients and offering guidance to junior attorneys in the firm. Applicants must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited institution and hold a valid law license in California. A minimum of 8 years of litigation expertise is essential, particularly in Lemon Law defense and general liability issues.
