Job description
The Senior Counsel will take charge of intricate sexual tort litigation, autonomously managing various aspects such as court hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings. This role also involves crafting persuasive case narratives, providing guidance to junior attorneys, and building strong client relationships. Applicants should hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution and maintain an active license to practice law in California. A minimum of 8 years of robust litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense and trial preparation, is essential.
