Job description
The Senior Counsel will take charge of significant landlord-tenant litigation cases independently, involving court appearances, depositions, and the preparation for trials. Additionally, this role entails mentoring junior attorneys and building robust relationships with clients of the firm. Applicants must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited institution and maintain an active license to practice law in California. A requisite of at least 8 years of litigation experience in insurance defense and landlord-tenant issues is essential.
