Job Summary
The Senior Director of Program Management will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of DCC solutions tailored for module and hyperscale clientele, guiding the entire product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to mass production. This role requires the management of cross-functional teams to effectively address risks, resolve technical challenges, and achieve customer success benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete delivery process of DCC solutions for clients.
- Manage the product lifecycle stages, including NPI and mass production phases.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to mitigate potential risks.
- Address and resolve technical issues that may arise.
- Ensure that metrics associated with customer success are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex Integrated Circuit (IC) development programs.
- Strong background working within matrix organizational structures.
- A minimum of 10 to 14 years of professional experience based on educational qualifications.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
