The Senior Director of Power Plant Engineering provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Plant Engineering department, ensuring technically sound and mature designs. They are responsible for establishing technical direction, managing engineering standards, and ensuring all designs meet safety objectives and regulatory requirements. Candidates must possess a B.S. or M.S. in an engineering discipline with over 20 years of experience in nuclear power generation or design. Additionally, at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations is required.
