Job description
The Senior Engineering Manager is responsible for steering the engineering department, focusing on personnel management, technical excellence, and project delivery from the initial contract assessment to final commissioning. This position involves guiding engineering teams, prioritizing departmental tasks, and guaranteeing the safe and profitable delivery of intricate electro-mechanical systems. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of ten years of advancing experience in the fields of industrial power and control systems. At least four years of direct leadership experience is necessary, along with a strong understanding of industrial codes and standards.
