Job Summary
The Senior Harness Design Engineer is responsible for the conception, development, and integration of electrical harness systems tailored for aerospace applications. This role includes specifying interfaces and choosing appropriate components necessary for the successful execution of harness design projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical harness systems for spacecraft.
- Define interfaces and select components critical for harness functionality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient integration of systems.
- Support the complete lifecycle of harness engineering, from initial design through fabrication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or avionics.
- Expertise in harness design tools.
- Familiarity with standards and practices within the aerospace sector.
