Job Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in aligning human resources strategy with business objectives. They will collaborate closely with leadership and employees to foster a culture of engagement and performance while ensuring that the HR practices support the overall goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters.
- Support talent management processes, including recruitment, development, and retention.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
