Job Summary
The role involves the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable Human Resource solutions on the ServiceNow platform, while acting as a technical lead for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) projects. This position requires collaboration with global HR and IT partners to implement effective integrations and utilize AI-driven service delivery methods aimed at improving employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Leverage AI technologies to enhance service delivery and improve employee engagement.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in HRSD.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with integrating enterprise HR systems effectively.
