Job Summary
The Senior IT Change Release Management Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the deployment of changes in the IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for ensuring that all changes are systematically controlled and supported to minimize disruption to services while maximizing efficiency within release processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the change and release management process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to gather and analyze change requests.
- Coordinate testing and deployment phases for software and system updates.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes to the IT environment.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to assess impact and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in change and release management within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
