The Senior Legal Counsel will serve as the principal advisor on matters related to intellectual property, copyright, and studio licensing, while also managing corporate legal issues and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to negotiate significant licensing agreements and ensuring cohesive strategic alignment throughout global operations. Applicants should have extensive knowledge in both U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property law, particularly in relation to public performance rights. Further, a strong sense of commercial judgment, experience in corporate governance, and the capability to navigate complex legal frameworks autonomously are crucial for this position.
