Lead a team in developing and executing global sourcing strategies for electrical commodities, specifically PCB/PCBA. Manage supplier development, industrialization efforts, and performance metrics to support manufacturing goals. Requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering and over 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing with at least 3 years in people management. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA and have the ability to obtain a U.S. TS clearance.
