Job Summary
Prysmian is seeking dedicated Night-Shift Wire & Cable Machine Operators to join our team at the McKinney, Texas facility. This role entails operating machinery in a dynamic wire and cable production environment. While prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We welcome candidates who possess a solid work ethic and are prepared to take on physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines and equipment used in the wire and cable production process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Perform basic maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
- Strong work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work on a night shift schedule.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
