Job description
**Senior Manager**
The Senior Manager oversees a team dedicated to supply chain operations, focusing on material planning, inventory control, and shipping processes, while promoting lean methodologies. This role includes managing relationships with union representatives, striving for operational excellence, and aligning departmental objectives with overall plant goals. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in ERP software, particularly SAP, and exhibit a solid grasp of lean manufacturing practices and inventory management.
