Job description
**Warehouse/Cooler Lead**
The Warehouse/Cooler Lead is responsible for guiding team members on a daily basis to ensure precise inventory handling and operational effectiveness. Key duties include organizing schedules, conducting training, upholding safety protocols, and tracking key performance indicators to fulfill production requirements. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of four years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or production fields. Strong leadership skills, fluency with Microsoft Office, and the capability to achieve equipment certifications are essential.
