The technician will be tasked with conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing refrigeration, HVAC, and generator systems at multiple sites. Additionally, they will handle work orders, keep precise service records, and guarantee adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. An EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification is mandatory at the time of hiring, and the EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification must be achieved within 90 days of employment.
