**Job Title: Engineering Manager**
As an Engineering Manager, you will guide, support, and enhance a team of software engineers, collaborating closely with Product Management to establish roadmaps and generate ongoing business value. You will be responsible for directing the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable cloud-based software solutions while championing engineering best practices. This position requires 7-10 years of experience in software engineering along with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of contemporary technology stacks, cloud architecture, and agile development methodologies.
