Job Summary
The position involves leading and cultivating a software engineering management team tasked with creating high-performance backend systems. Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in web development.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership position managing backend engineering teams.
- Demonstrated strong judgment and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within agile or Scrum development frameworks.
