Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and leadership roles in Carvana’s Operations teams, including planning and executing high-volume hiring strategies and guiding recruiters to meet staffing goals. Analyze recruiting data and reporting, improve hiring processes and candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to meet evolving talent needs. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in recruiting, human resources, organizational development, or operations leadership, and at least five years of people leadership experience. Candidates should have experience implementing recruiting strategies and process improvements, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to use reporting and data analysis to drive hiring outcomes; a master’s degree and relevant industry or Tableau experience are preferred.
