Job description
The Senior Manager will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and enhancement of business systems that underpin global service operations, encompassing field service and technical support functions. This position will direct an international team of experts focused on achieving operational efficiency, advancing digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance in a regulated medical device context. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or a decade of experience in enterprise business systems, paired with at least five years of leadership experience. Proven proficiency in CRM systems, adherence to regulated industry standards (GxP/CSV), and the ability to manage cross-functional projects are essential.
