**Job Title:** Engineering Manager
Guide interdisciplinary teams in transitioning intricate robotic and electromechanical systems from research and development to reliable, large-scale production. Set clear manufacturing performance indicators, implement risk mitigation plans, and validate production processes to guarantee cost-efficient and high-quality results. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and have at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing or hardware quality assurance. Technical leadership experience is essential, along with a robust foundation in robotics, electromechanical systems, and systematic quality methodologies.
