Job Summary
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for spearheading the design, execution, and enhancement of sophisticated cybersecurity strategies within intricate enterprise settings. This role encompasses acting as the primary escalation point for security-related incidents while offering strategic counsel to both engineering and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions tailored for complex enterprise environments.
- Optimize current security measures and technologies to enhance protection against threats.
- Serve as the highest-level escalation point for handling security incidents.
- Provide expert guidance to engineering teams and the SOC to improve response strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in network security engineering.
- Fortinet NSE 8 certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Fortinet technologies and advanced routing principles.
- Familiarity with zero trust architecture is essential for effective performance in this role.
