Job Summary
The Senior Paralegal is an integral part of the Legal and Risk Department, entrusted with overseeing various processes related to litigation, discovery, and the production of legal documents. This role also involves managing legal databases, facilitating the renewal of contracts and insurance, and providing assistance in corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation processes, including discovery and document production.
- Administer and maintain legal databases effectively.
- Coordinate the renewal processes for contracts and insurance.
- Assist in aspects of corporate governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on litigation and discovery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle complex legal issues while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
