**Senior Technical Analyst**
The Senior Technical Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing global infrastructure service delivery, encompassing system maintenance, troubleshooting incidents, and managing project outcomes. This position serves as a key subject matter expert, tasked with pinpointing infrastructure deficiencies and spearheading initiatives for improvement across multiple technical areas. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, along with a minimum of five years of pertinent IT experience. A robust technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies and the capability to operate within a 24/7 environment are essential.
