Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the roadmap associated with cloud service status communications, platforms for firmware updates, and compliance programs within the organization. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams in various global regions to ensure the successful execution of secure and compliant product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the roadmap for cloud service status communications.
- Oversee the firmware update platforms and ensure their effectiveness.
- Administer internal compliance programs to meet regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams across different time zones.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant product initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or technical program management within SaaS or cloud settings.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, particularly SOC 2 and GDPR.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage distributed teams.
