Job Summary
The Senior Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in directing and supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring that production objectives related to efficiency, quality, and safety are consistently achieved. This position significantly contributes to enhancing process effectiveness through Lean Manufacturing practices and directs the daily production operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage manufacturing operations to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate large-scale project management and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects within a production environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
