Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager (Compliance or Grants Lead) is responsible for overseeing federally and state-funded initiatives, ensuring adherence to compliance standards while providing strategic guidance in areas such as Grants & Loans, Category Management, and Strategic Sourcing. This role plays a significant part in shaping the business impact through effective project management practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of federally and state-funded projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide expert guidance in areas related to Grants & Loans, Category Management, and Strategic Sourcing.
- Conduct negotiations and manage project scopes effectively.
- Estimate costs and control project budgets to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, preferably in a compliance or grant management role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop project scopes and manage project controls.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with cost estimation.
